Randy L. Webb, 65, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on January 20, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Melanie J. Reising; daughter Lydia A. Webb; sisters Taunya (Steven) Poe and Terri Webb (Kari Sprinkles); and mother Janice Webb (nee Shelton). Randy was preceded in death by his brothers Jerry R. Webb and Franklin H. Webb. Services will be private.

I have my memories of Randy, some of them I am sure the Statues of Limitations have expired on, but they are not as important as yours. Randy made life fun. Again, I am sorry for his passing and Randy travel well by friend.

He was a 2nd dad to me and I sorely missed his presence when he left the department. He was kind, caring, and a man worthy of respect. Please know that he is not forgotten.
