Carol Welp, 76, of Cold Spring, passed away February 24, 2016. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Larry Welp; her loving children, Larry (Tracey) Welp, Melissa (Brian) Dreyer, Amy (John) Dorsey and Scott (Addison) Welp; and 14 wonderful grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carol’s name to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
