Donna Spriggs Puckett, 70, of Southgate, Kentucky departed this life on April 21, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Boulton Spriggs, and her father, Harrison Joseph Spriggs. She is survived by her husband and partner of nearly fifty-two years, Donald Puckett, sons Eric and Adam, granddaughter Erica, sister Vicki Spriggs (Robert) Young and nephew Damian (Haylie) Young.
Donna’s passions were gardening, architecture, exploring ethnic cuisines and genealogical research—especially researching her connection to her first cousin, President Thomas Jefferson.
Donna worked for St. Luke Hospital, The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and UC Health for nearly forty years where she formed many close and lasting friendships.
Services will be private at the convenience of her family. Remembrances may be made to the charity of your choice.
